Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Data Analyst to be responsible for the inputting, updating and extraction of data into and from company and customer Management Information Systems (MIS), predominantly but not limited to JAMES, MJDI, Churchill, Picasso and Oliver.
- Building strong relationships with operational community reliant on JAMES/MJDI inputting and information (e.g. Site Managers, Workshops Managers, Supervisors, Programme team, Babcock Hub)
- To build strong working relationships with ISMT and Central Operations Team to create joined end-to-end service
- To build relationships with the central JAMES team and JET team to drive common exemplar standards of MIS systems
- Supporting the productive teams by providing data requests as required
- Data modelling for forecasting
- Introduce new processes, methods or technology that automate work and optimize planning and operational processes
- Ensuring safety standards and PPE requirements are being followed
- Expertise in use of IT systems – e.g. JAMES,MJDI, Churchill, ERP system, Qlikview, Oliver
This is a great opportunity working in a team of three within a customer orientated environment.
What do I need to do the role?You will need strong JAMES experience as well as an Automotive / Weapon related or engineering background, as you will be expected to work at various Babcock locations it's key that you understand engineering principles.

You must be willing to travel as some travel to other sites is required.
